I am excited to participate in the 39th Annual The Ben to the Shore Tour, which supports the Families Behind the Badge Children's Foundation!  

This year I am riding after recovering for a personal injury. On December 15, 2023 I completely ruptured my left quad tendon at call to check utilities in a basement. This incident lead to immediate surgery and over a year of Physical Therapy and still progressing.  My cycling was limited to the 30 miles last year but I am up for the 65 mile challenge this year and excited that I am riding again. This recovery experience has been long and hard but I am thankful for the progress I have made and my family and friends who supported me along the way. This experience has given me an appreciation for my physical health and has motivated me even more for this cause thats helps others and their families in more critical situations!
