I am excited to participate as part of the PBGW (Peanut Butter George Washington) cycling team in the 39th Annual The Ben to the Shore on Sunday, July 26, 2026, which supports the Families Behind the Badge Children's Foundation!  

Many years ago, when email addresses were first coming out, I learned it was hard to tell people over the telephone that our domain was PBGW.com. So I came up with "Peanut Butter George Washington" to have an easy way to remember our firm's domain and acronym. PBGW stands for Pritchard, Bieler, Gruver & Willison, P.C., a CPA and strategic consulting firm located in Colmar, PA. During our existence, we have been committed to supporting our local community through events such as our annual PBGW Halloween Bash, Shred the Debt 5k, and many others. This year a few of us have accepted the challenge to ride and support this worthy cause, as well as honor our very own, Frank Katona, a retired Philadelphia firefighter turned amazing facility maintenance and community relations guy!

The Families Behind the Badge Children’s Foundation (FBBCF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to improving the lives of children in the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey area. We achieve this by providing necessary financial relief for the families of fallen or critically injured first responders (police officers, firefighters, EMTs); cultivating positive relationships and interactions between police officers and the children in the communities they serve; and providing mental and emotional wellbeing resources to first responders and their families.
